I have a 2007 Pontiac G5 with about 33,000 miles on it. I drive about 450 miles a week. I took my car into the dealership today for a routine oil change and the service guy told me my car has carbon buildup. As a service to me they are offering to clean it out for $140. From my research so far, this story is beginning to sound fishy. A relative recomended both a fuel injector cleaner before I get a tank of gas and an octane booster around every 3000 miles. He also suggests I check my manual for the recomended octane amount for my car. I do admit I get the cheapest gas available.

Hi! Well, it seems I have a weird issue with my Dell printer..

Everytime I try to print something, I just get a blank page. However, on the status bar of my printing, it appears I have 400 or so pages left to print when all I am printing is 1 or 2 pages. I have gone to the printing queue and the only thing that is ever there is the printing I want done. I have uninstalled and re-installed the software, but nothing works. Any ideas?

Ok, here is the situation...

I am gettting married in September and my apartment lease runs out at the end of July, so my wife to be and I are moving in together. However, we both currently live and work in different cities. So, we need a place in-between to live. She has pets, so an apartment is out of the question.

I went to a real estate place and got "pre-qualified" for $75,000. However, they needed some more documents (W-2's, pay stubs). I submitted those and my fiancee submitted her information. We found a great house for $95,000. Now, it turns out we are both rejected for a loan because our "debt to income" ratio is too high. We both owe more than we make. My credit score is in the mid 700's, while hers' is in the mid 600's.

Whats our chance of going somewhere else to get approved and purchase our dream home?

I just opened up an IRA account at Etrade today with a $10 deposit. I know I need to contribute more, but what can I do from my initial depsoit?

I've been checking the mutual funds and other options and all seem to have a high purchase requirement.

Also, with my IRA, will my cash garner interest?

I quit my last job about a month and a half ago and had a 401K set up with that company for just a few months, so its a small amount.

How do I get that money from them so I can transfer it to something else, like an IRA?

I'm currently interested in buying a new car, which would be my first car that I've bought myself. I had planned to wait a few months (middle of Feb. '08) before I purchased one so I would have a bigger down payment (tax return, christmas bonus, etc.)

However, a notable car company is having a year end model clearance sale now until the end of Aug. I'm interested in the 0% APR they are offering for qualified buyers.

My credit is good for my age (I'm 29), but I do plan on moving in a month to be closer to my job (which I've been with the company for over 2 and a half years).

I will also be trading in my piece of crap car.

I bought some blank CD-RW disc's to make some cd's for my car and I'm a bit confused on how much music I can put on them.

The case says 700MB and then 80 minutes. Well, my current cd mix is about an 1 hr. 20 min BUT only 68.8 MB.

So, whats the limit? Is it the 700MB or the 80 minutes?

Ok, I plan on getting a new car (not positive yet on what its going to be, but its going to be SPORTY). Can you all suggest maybe no more than 10 songs you would put on a cd to play in your car the first time you drive it? Best answer goes to the one who has the most songs I like!

Here is the situation:

I signed a one year lease in November of 2006, so my lease expires in November of 2007. This is is my second one year lease with the apartment managers.

I recentlly promoted at work and I am being moved to another city, about an hour away.

I found my first lease agreement and their is a transfer clause that allows me to get out of my lease with a 30 day notice and a letter from my company. However, I do lose my deposit ($300).

My newest lease does not have a transfer clause and the only thing close to it is a military clause (I live in a military town) that allows soldiers to get out of a lease if they receive orders taking them somwhere else.

I wouldn't exactly describe my apartment managers as friendly. They've been pretty strict with noise, littering and unauthorized vehicles in the apartment complex.

What can I do to get out of my lease?
