So I am 18 years old 5'2 155 pounds and a size 32H. The other day I was doing some intense conditioning for a sport (a lot of running and cardio exercises). But I forgot to wear a sports bra because i was in such a big rush. I felt a lot of bouncing throughput the exercise and after I went back home and went to lay down i got a sharp pain in my chest/sternum and occasionally my lower back. It's been 5 days and it still hasnt gone away, it happens whenever i bend down or lay down. What could this be?

Im a senior in AP Government right now, but my teacher gets easily distracted and has a 20% pass rate for the AP exam. I was wondering if it would look bad to the colleges I already applied to if I drop the AP government class as soon as the semester is over (im passing with an A), to take a political science course at the community college in the spring?

One of my friends keeps telling me that the colleges may retract my admission after the find out that I dropped my AP class because it shows them that I gave up? But is this the case if I will be taking an equivalent course to make up for it?

I'm a vegetarian but I feel like i'm not eating a balanced diet in the sense that i eat dairy, grains, legumes, fruits, and vegetables.....but rarely any protein.

I dont like having to cook, so tofu or tempeh is rare for me but i was wondering if a protein shake would be good for me. However, will i gain weight or get muscle-y?

So a while back i had blonde thin highlights put into my naturally light brown hair and it looked good so i kept it like that for a year

then i decided that i wanted to just dye it all one color, like a light brown/dark blonde

so i went to my hairdresser only to have her tell me i had to dye it darker than my natural color first and then lighter

well it looks black to me and i realllyy dont like it

Is there any way to lighten it without dying it, because i barely had it done today that will make my hair fall out
