For the past few months I have been working out pretty vigorously, to get in shape. Lately though my energy levels have dropped to the point to where I don't even want to do yoga. I have also noticed it has been taking me anywhere from 2-3 hours just to fall asleep every night. I drink tons of water through out the day and I consume organic foods...(just to rule out some of the things that could be wrong). Any serious advice would be greatly appreciated and a huge thank you to all in advance.

The other day I was watching Dr.Oz and he mentioned that passion flower is a natural way to relieve stress and anxiety. I have been considering trying this to help lower my anxiety levels. So what I'm basically asking is have any of you had success with this and which form works best...the drops or capsule form? Thank You.
