"task manager has been disabled by your administrator"

i hav speech disorders (stammering) frm last abt 10 yrs... its increasing with my age.... i hav difficulty to start communicate & answers to other people.... i feel depression whole day..... its not easy for me to visit out of station to a speech therapist... bcoz i hav to treat it privacy & i m doing little business.....
