Lovely
Love to help people and listen with an open ear, non bias and non judgmental attitude. Interested in the study of Psychology and religion, among other things, but this is my favorite. Freud describes an oceanic feeling as such: The thought of actual "oneness with the universe," is an attempt at "religious consolation" in the face of the manifold dangers of an uncaring universe. (Freud) We Are The Music, by Frederick Edwords. We are the dreamers of dreams, Wandering by lone sea-breakers, And sitting by desolate streams; World-losers and world-forsakers, On whom the pale moon gleams: Yet we are the movers and shakers Of the world for ever, it seems. .
Why do we have to come to work every single day, even when you do all your work and there's nothing to do?
Does anyone else feel like, we shoudl get paid the same, and show up every day liek we normally do, but if you did all your work, including filing, that we should have the option to go home and if anything important occurs, they can email us. We can be required to be on call during those work hours that we decided to leave.. So then its like they are paying us to be on call and at work when needed during our normal working hours. ANY OPINIONS?
2 AnswersSingles & Dating7 years agoHow do YOU interpret "the divided self"?
Would you say that our sanity is our madness and our madness is really our sanity, or does it really have nothing to do with sanity and/or madness at all? Is it more about human predicament in biblical religion? in other words, what’s right and what’s wrong? If I asked if you think this is more of a persons struggle with knowing what one is capable of and feeling the inability to DO SO, would you still consider it a struggle between sanity and madness?
4 AnswersPhilosophy1 decade agoWhat is your heart worth?
How much money would you say it's worth if someone offered to buy the love inside? Not the heart itself. The LOVE it has to offer. Would you sell it or not? Keep in mind, you will still have your heart but you would no longer have the capability to love, at all.
5 AnswersPhilosophy1 decade agohas anyone ever researched and/or experienced Ayurveda healing?
Ayurveda means 'the science of life'. The central philosophy is that the mind and body are one and the same, and that physical health can't be achieved without emotional, mental and spiritual health.

12 AnswersMarriage & Divorce1 decade agoHas anyone else ever divorced their best friend? Wasn't it hard?
Not in the text book, cliche way, that everyone always says. Like literally, been friends first, and then dated for years, and then married, but you just weren't compatible, so you both still have feelings of love and friendship, take care of eachother, and talk about eachothers dates with other people, but are still getting divorced? what happened and was it as hard as i feel it is?
7 AnswersMarriage & Divorce1 decade agoDo you agree with Plato? read below?
A person's actions do not always create happiness but this is because people do not know what their actions will produce. Happiness is a result of a healthy soul but moral virtue makes up the health of the soul. If a person knows that virtue leads to happiness but acts contrary to this idea, he or she is immoral, and immoral behavior is the sign of a diseased soul.

13 AnswersPhilosophy1 decade agoTime is irrelevant? please read below.?
Have you ever thought that by thinking that time is irrelevant that we are undermining everyone who ever put work into the UNDERSTANDING of time itself, and by doing that, it's almost like saying their work that THEY loved and took so much pride in, the same work that we all base our lives on today, was WORTHLESS, and if they were alive it would be offensive? Almost like, 2 points of view? Yes, maybe time is irrelevant, and whereever we are going in whatever time period in the existence of space in time may not base life on such a thing, but WE DO. Today, here and NOW, we do. AND that means even if we don't quite agree with this way of life, there are also some people who THINK THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE, where time is everything, and as they say, "time is money?" What are your thoughts on this?
