  • Which diet plan is better for me?

    I am 5'11" but average weighed and normal body size and measurements. I would like to increase the same now. I know I need to consume more calories and exercise it out but which way should I go. Should I have three big meals a day of 4/5 chapatis, rice, yogurt and lentils (daal) and milk twice a day or should I go for 5/6 small meals a day of 2/3 chapatis and small quantities of others plus keeping on munching something or the other all day. Which plan would be better?

    Info: I am just a beginner in body building. I dont need that Rambo type physique, I am rather just looking for stating fit and grwoing my body size from present 36 chest and 13 biceps to maybe 42-44 and 16-17 respectively.

  • I want a change in my hair style! Something that would look on me! Any suggestions please?

    I am 5'11" and medium built. I have had this current hair style for long as long as 10 years! Now as I need a change, can u suggest me something that goes good over me. Points to be noted that I use glasses and am brown.

  • When will my 'Happy Days' start?

    I am Anmol Upadhyay, born 21 June 1991 at 08:34 AM in Chapra (Bihar).

    Till school time, I used to be a very good student who excelled in everything, from studies to co-curricular. But since past two years, when I joined engineering, my life has completely changed. Now am a very low motivated and under confident guy. Currently almost everything in my life is on a downfall.

    My academics has gone way down, and I had two reappear exams against a topper always that I was. My health has gone way down, and am physically very weak coz of which I get tired early and sleep too much. Even at 20, I look like 17. I dont participate in any co-curricular anymore. I dont remember one day in these two years when I was actually happy. Most of all, I have no interest in studies now, and everything seems to be out-of-the world for me. Even, all my family members are against me and despite the fact that my girlfriend loves me so much, I am not able to revert back to her coz of all these problems. My life has become very monotonous and I dont have any person to talk to in front of whom I can be genuine.

    I have no more patience for this all this. Can someone please help me come out of this situation and tell me when will my happy period begin. Currently I lack any motivation and passion to move ahead in life, can I have something that can makes things working in my favor.

    Please dont give me psychological lectures, I already had enough. Just let me know the astrological facts.

  • How can I grow healthy and fit?

    I am a 20 year old guy with a height of 5'11". Though am fairly good looking but still find myself physically too weak. Neither of the body assets, be it biceps or chest or shoulder or thighs or stomach, are well developed and regardless of my height I look a 16 year old with biceps being 10 inches and other body portions similarly. In fact I have to wear at least two three shirts or t shirts to look good.

    I know most people will answer that get a better diet and exercise and all, but the issue is that I live in a hostel so have to eat whatever is prepared in the hostel mess, which by no means is nutritious with mostly boiled vegetables and ill cooked rice and other stuffs. Moreover non veg isn't allowed in the campus. Though boiled eggs and milk is available but has to be paid off.

    Can anyone please suggest me a good diet and exercise plan and tips so that I also look physically strong and well built up. Not to miss, I have never ever been on diet control and have never exercised or been to gym as well. Am ready for yoga or medication or meditation or home based exercises as no gym is available close to me, plus can't visit one because of my class schedule.
