as the title says, My body fat is roughly 25%

I want to turn this into fat Using a split:

Mon - Chest/Tris

Tues - Back/Bis

Thurs - Legs/Abs

Fri - Shoulders/Traps

Example routine for "Basic 4-day split"

Mon - Flat BB 3 x 5, Incline BB 3 x 8, Incline flys 2 x 12, Cable crossovers 2 x 15, Close grip bench press 3 x 8, Skullcrushers 3 x 10, Rope pushdowns 2 x 20.

Tues - Deadlifts 3 x 5, Close grip pulldowns 3 x 8, Wide grip pulldowns 3 x 10, BB rows 3 x 6, Db curls 3 x 8, BB curls 3 x 12, Machine curls 2 x 20.

Thurs - BB squats 4 x 5, Leg press 3 x 20, Stiff legged deadlifts 3 x 6, Lying ham curls 2 x 20, Calves on leg press 4 x 15, Leg raises 3 x 15, Weighted situps 3 x 12.

Fri - Seated DB press 3 x 5, Seated BB press 3 x 8, Side laterals 3 x 15, Rear delt flyes 2 x 12, DB or BB shrugs 5 x 12.

the things im stumped on are

1. Where to Put this in a 5 Meal diet, I only get access to eat ,(Before 9AM,11AM,1PM and After 3.30, I can only get access to a gym after 5pm. How can i link this all up ?

2. A good Pre/Post Work-out meal to have ?

3. Considering My Goal I'm not sure if Im doing either Bulk/cut,I already carry a fair bit of flab on the belly.

4. Should I be doing Cardio Exercises Like Treadmill while body building ?

and 5. How Much Carbs should I be Consuming a day, Ill be doing 1 and a 1/4 protein per pound, Im unsure for carbs

I can't display some internet pages. The internet round my area hadn't been working that much (I should have been getting 20MB/s but was get 512Kb/s and Virgin admited that as a fault on their end. They say it has been fixed but some websites won't display. It's no websites in particular it will display some.

I ahve an 8800GT but since I have had My pc fixed it states that it's only running Standard VGA Graphics adapter..

Whats went wrong As Far As I know it states that the chipset is nVidia but I am only getting integrated Graphics memory
