I purchased some homemade granola at a farmers' market a week ago. I have it stored in an airtight container, but even when I first opened the bag, it seemed a little "soft". I'd like to try baking it again to make it crunchier the way I like it.

Could I just find a basic granola recipe and use that oven temperature and time as a guide? Obviously, since what I have is already "done", I wouldn't have to bake it as long as the recipe says. I'm fine with watching it, just wondering if I should add a little more something to it before I bake it again.
