I have a Rottweiler male dog. He was one of 10 puppies that my mama dog had. He is 3 years old and we have gone through a lot of behavioral problems which all seem pretty much taken care of but one.

He snaps at me. Example, last night I was in the garage with both dogs and I petted both. They both try to get more petting. I put my foot on his foot, and then petted him. As soon as I pulled my hand away because I was done, he jumps up and snaps like an alligator at me. Like I said, he has never "bitten" me.

The only thing I can come up with is that him and his mom sleep in different places at night and when they see each other in the morning, they greet each other with little nips and playful bites and he thinks he is greeting me or something.

It is a little scary because if he ever did get a hold of me when he is snapping, I think it would be a good bite!

I have stepped on his foot slightly to stop him from jumping on me and thought that might work with the snipping, but so far it hasn't and really he moves so fast I don't really get the chance to step on his foot.

Any suggestions? He is a big boy.

I went away for a week and had housesitters here.

When I got back, everytime I type in here or in my email, it does not type solid black, it is kind of weird to explain, but there is a hint of green/maroon/red, in all the words.

How do I change the font without doing a systems restore?

I tried going into my internet options, my font colors in my email, and nothing helps.

The reason I am asking is that my father is dieing of old age and conjestive heart failure.

I was told I would get 6 to 10 weeks of training on their computer system as it is all different for each company.

On day 3 they transfered 100 claims into my que as they belonged to a young man that was just recently fired.

Most of his claims are a mess and some are even in violation with the Dept of Insurance, (DOI).

I have not been able to check the claims totally as I do not know how to get into the claim totally in their system, I have not been trained.

I talked to my unit manager who said he talked to his boss and told them its like setting me up to fail and even my trainer said, it was so un realistic for them to think I can just dive in and handle these claims without knowing the system.

They also want to start me on getting new claims in a day or so.
