Can I recover my email password with credit card if I have never purchased anything through yahoo directly? I saw the answer that "if you cannot remember your pets name, it isnot your account" However I have named all pets dead & alive and they keep saying invalid.................

I opened my email account with yahoo when I started to college classes...I forgot the secret question answer(didn't)record. cannot get into college emails that are very important.

If the CIA or FBI said I was really me would yahoo listen or continue to say how sorry they are?

Why is it: Yahoo has free mail service and the customer care is thrown out into the voluntary community to be resolved? Maybe I should answer my own question and say sign up for the paid service to see if it is one that gets the correct response.
