I found the iPod on a charter bus in Virginia, but now I'm in another state 8 hours away, so there is no hope of returning the product, how can I restore the iPod so I can make it my own.

P.s my computer won't recognize the iPod when I plug it in, both in iTunes and in file viewer.

In my literacy class with have received a new teacher to replace our last, which is on maternity leave. After being with her for two months the information we concluded is our new teacher is 50 years old with no teaching experience (this is her first year teaching anything) and she received her job from her friend who works on the board of education. My classmates and I would like to know on what grounds a teacher can be removed, and replaced. We are all sophomores in high school; all of our teachers respect our individuality, creativity, and adulthood responsibilities. All except our new teacher before the fact that she treats us like first-graders, she also has very volatile personality switching around from a hardly manageable person to jeering delinquent. We cannot put up with her as a class she is very inconsistent with her decisions, exhibits favoritism, and above all else a lack of respect for us as students. We understand that she is only doing her job, but she needs to preform her job correctly as of right now she does not deserve the tax money that our parents pay. A few examples of her poor teaching skills include: inability to produce a consistent schedule for future dates, unwilling to help students who she does not favorite, and finally unable to create a proper scoring system to determine a student’s grade. The last remark made is a very important one in her class a quiz is only worth 5-7 points while a homework is worth 75 (25 more points than an average test) as for test in her classes she has said "you're getting way too far ahead of me" this shows her incompetence to create a consistent future schedule. With homework as large as 75 points a student can fail almost immediately with no hope of returning to a passing grade with worthless quizzes and nonexistent tests. She says it is to help us study but what for if homework is worth more than a quiz and maybe a test. But despite this we continue to accomplish our homework with her ever growing demand, until she decided that is just one thing is missing or off than all of your hard work and 75 point instantly becomes a zero. She is unfit and incapable of being a teacher with this kind of misconduct, but next comes her personalities. She will exhibit 180 degree mood swings over anything she disproves of, just this afternoon (3/12/3 period 3, 9:30am) I was removed from my seat and place in another for the crime of smiling at her after she had moved another student before me for talking, (I will try to express how serious I am, I was literally smiling at her when she decided to move me. However this was of no concern to me as after it had taken my new seat she was already berating a student for talking silently to his friend. Now a normal experienced teacher would ignore this and continue on with the lesson, remarking "it was their fault for not paying attention" however she felt it was within her power to stop the entire class to just berate one student for talking, going as far as to make him apologize to the class for the time passed because his whispering made her stop the class, thus making as the teacher said "wasting my time". Now as many students know this is a phrase numerous teachers use but on the contrary this is false many deplorable teachers would say "since you’re wasting my time I’m going to waste yours." Bear in mind even though the two quotes are very similar they are bother delivered on very different occasions, and in different tones. The way our teacher said it us feel as a class nothing more than insignificant bugs wandering around a vast garden which is her domain. As a teacher she lacks any respect for her students and thus making us feel like we are less then we really are. After our teacher’s out burst with the student she stated "you do not have the right to talk to anyone unless you are called upon". As mentioned earlier she sees us as nothing more than baby chicks learning how to walk when we are really adult high schoolers learning how to fly. All in all she is a very incapable, inadequate, and ineffective teacher that should learn to walk before learning to run.

I have just received my new laptop and my dad had the great idea to install norton safety minder. on our home computer there is no parental control and its been like that since i was 10. now i'm 17 and he's decided that i need parental controls for no reason. i could uninstall it if i want but i don't. is there any way to temporarily disable it without them knowing.
