Avadacadavra!

Okaaay! So its fall/winter time, and you know what that means? DRY SKIN. Well for me it does..for the most part. I have been experiencing small bumps, on my forehead. This happened after i finished my menstrual cycle. I thought maybe it was hormones, from that. I DO drink a lot of water, but my forehead still has bumps. The bumps are flesh colored and have no pus, what so ever. They are MOST visible in light, and it really just annoys me. I use Lemon soap, and no lotion. If my skin DOES get dry, I use neutrogena (sp?) facial lotion. Thing is..i've only used it two times. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is really embarrassing me, even though I AM going through puberty right now and this is natural. haha (oh and the bumps tend to go away and come back again)

My skin is pretty clear, but I have been having some breakouts lately, on my forehead around my eyebrows, ect..Also, I am experiencing blackouts. I have been using dove soap, but I don't really know if its good for my skin, because I have sensitive skin. So basically, i got this new soap yesterday, called "Lemon antiseptic" and its supposed to keep my skin"healthy" Any advice would be great. Thanks xxx
