I am 18 and I know this is what I wanna do for a living I am currently a voulnteer and there's not a better job I was looking for anyone who has been through this proces to move to a paid department and knows kinda what I should do to prepare and how to stand out?

I am 18 I live in Kentucky I am currently going to get my degree in fire science and get training. I am also on the voulnteer fire department. I plan on moving to Chicago after I get 21 I was just wondering how to get on the CFD.

I am currently a senior in high school I am considering joining the marines reserve I am just wondering some of the positive things that will come out of being a marine, and just a little more info about what basic training is and life as a marine is. They have came to my house and called me numerous times because I request information about it. I am a little over weight I'm not extremely over weight thought and I was wondering if this would be a problem of its own.

i am currently in high school and am not able to play football beacuse of family problems but i wanna go to a D1 college and try to be a walk on somewhere like wku or ohio no big time D1 school just somewhere where i can start a football career. I was just wondering like when i can try out if i could try out befor i was a freshman or if i had to wait to my sphomore year? and how to be eligable to play on a college team. I was wondering if there was any school that really looks for good walk ons or if every team recuits the same just let me know what you know and have for me any information will help.

I am 220 pound jr. in high school I run the 5k all the time but Im not getting any faster I need to know how to get fast in about 3 months.

Im am 17 and I am currently in high school but really think the GED is better for me I just have to much to worry About and I need to know what I would do.
