I have battled my whole life and I even when I have a few good days, I fall back into binging and purging. I have a therapist, a Dr., and all the help that I am able to afford which is not much at the moment. I just feel like I will never be able to overcome my eating disorder.

I have a hard time going to the bathroom. I took some calm powder and it doesn't seem to work anymore. I don't want to take a whole bunch because I know that is not good for you. Why is it not working anymore?

I am in recovery from anorexia and this is the hardest thing that I ever think I am going to do. I am in hell right now but I know that it is necessary. My Dr. says that recovery is going to be hard and it is not going to feel great all the time. I just need any support from those who have recovered from anorexia to just let me know the pain that you went through. I just need to relate to someone who has gone through this pain. Any words of wisdom would be great.
