I live in an apartment in NV. We are up to date on rent. (If that matters) we moved in at the end of February. I have requested the mail key multiple times, once every week since moving in. Originally the realtor informed me we need to go to the post office and pick up the mail key. I talked to the post man he said they don’t keep or give out keys for  cluster mail boxes. I informed the realtor. I looked up laws etc but couldn’t quite find my answer. How do I proceed in this situation? It’s been a month and the realtor keeps ignoring me or saying she will figure it out but doesn’t. I read online that if it’s a cluster mail box and the apartment doesn’t have the keys it’s up to them to rekey it or make duplicates. How can I ensure I get my mailbox key? Talking to the realtor goes nowhere. Please help. 

We paid the down payment already, toured the apartment while it was still being upgraded. Realtor said they would be updating the cabinetry etc, they did not. This was told to me verbally. She wants us to sign the contract tonight, (we haven't seen the finished space) She did a walk through yesterday to see how it was coming along, we asked if the extra chunk of counter that is glued to the counter, if its still there, she claims she does not know. How do we go about making sure its fixed before signing contract? or requesting it be fixed before we move in? will they fix it if its just realtor saying it will be?

Im an amateur photographer, completely new to all this.are there any professionals in the business that can help me with information regarding contracts and insurance.. im practicing portrait photography and want to turn it into a side job. i do NOT have a studio nor intend on getting one, i like nature portraits. i do not have an assistant but i do have a professional grade camera and some lenses. my question is, will a simple contract online that i can print and modify to suit me work? is insurance a must? what kind best suits a side job that isnt too serious?? please help

So this Saturday I had a bit of alcohol (cracken) which is my usual, then later on in the night after I was pretty drunk I had a Bang energy drink (cotton candy flavored) if that matters and right before bed I took ONE hit of my friends weed. I usually smoke and have never had issues before, I ve drank with energy drinks and I ve smoked and drank. My weed tolerance is medium. Anyway, I had seizure like spasms, arms throwing, legs kicking, neck hitting my shoulders and eyes rolling. Happened all night until I fell asleep and all of Sunday, if I wasn t full on spasming I was slightly twitching. When I slept I was fine. Wondering what caused it? Maybe just an overload of all three things? I didn t hit MY limit with any single substance. I m fine now just wondering what happened

here's some details about the situation;

I'm not going to use real names so let's call them (nancy-ex) (wayne- bf)

Nancy is drama. From the start she'd say things that would agitate the situation. Something that makes him & I clash as friends, (not dating yet) wayne assures me the lie was a miscommunication on her part. big on honesty & seeing that we just met I didn't know who to believe in this he said she said situation.

Met Nancy & did not like her. She'd casually be rude to me behind his back.

I don't date people that are best friends with their exes due to past reasons. I asked him if he evr dated her and he said no. We start dating & I come to find out they had dated, years & years ago(it still counts 2 me) they are extremely close, when we first met she's all he talked about. Down the road it eased up she faded out of the picture &they didn't talk much, things were great between him & I.

She's back in the picture now, 6months into our relationship & no, I don't think their are romantic feels. But I don't like her & they talk to each other about everything.

I don't want her knowing about my personal issues and frankly I'm paranoid about what he tells her. I love him but I think it's a deal breaker. I don't want to be with someone so close to his ex; someone I don't like. no, I'm not going to ask him to stop being her friend i don't want to get in the way of that but I don't see myself overcoming this irrational fear that he tells her my secrets what do I do.

A few months back a truck nearly merged into me on the freeway. I avoided him, pressing hard on the breaks but hitting the freeway wall in the process , the wall scraped my rims. That is all. No body damage on the car. The tires even we re okay.

I took it to tires plus and asked the guy to look at it, I told him it squeaked when I breaked or turned. He looked it over and told me it was safe to drive on untill I can get it fixed, at Max it would cost 300. He only looked at the car_ didn t take it apart.

Two months later im going on a road trip, I finally have money to take it in so I take it to the dealership , they tell me theres 18 problems with the car. They don t tell me what. They say they ll give me an estimate, I brought my car in at 11am they started on it around 12:30 and had it overnight. Today is the next day. It took them from 12:30 to 8:00 to figure out the estimate. The total was $10,689

That did not include the price of the new tires I needed.

I took my car in because it squeaked when I breaked. That s all. The car drove fine, the tire pressure was fine, there were no warnings on the dashboard and my car didn t feel any different driving it. Is it possible the estimate could be right? Or wrong?

The child the the surrogate is caring isn't hers. The egg and sperm are from the intended parebts. The surrogate isn't the biological parent.

Hello all, around five months ago I bought a car and I'm doing payments. Well I pay 363 monthly. Always on time and or early I have not been late yet. Anyway the car is around 12,800 originally. I got it down to 11,800 and suddenly it's in 11,900. Why did it jump up like that? Should I be concerned or is this just interest adding up on the car?

I would love to help soneone that cant concieve. It isnt all about the money for me. I want to do it because I want to do something meaningful in my lifetime. But let s be honest the money is an added perk which I m happy about too. I ve read a lot into it and I wouldn t mind changing someone s life for the better in exchange for a little extra cash. When it's good it's good but when it's bad it's seriously really ******* bad.

Information: for four years now I ve found myself trapped in a abusive relationship both phisically and verbally. I have a two year old son, almost three now. He is the father but isn t on his birth certificate, only I am. I ve dealt with his cheating, constant lying and abuse. I ve left several times but have always come back. I left for a few months after he had choked me untill passing out. He s left bruises on me, yells. He gets angry over silly things. He will pour cold water on me, or squeeze lotion onto my head when he s angry, throwing objects etc. after everything I left and came back, stupid I know. Well, he s getting better suddenly. He isn t so mad anymore and things have slightly gotten better, and he s diffferent almost as though it could almost work but not really. I don t love him anymore and deep down in my heart I can t stay any longer. Should I just take my kid, split the money evenly and leave? I m scared of telling him because I know he ll talk me into staying. This is his kid and I know he cares about him but, if I tell him anything I don t know if I can go through with it. But I feel like I should notify him? Right? I need to leave this state, I need to, but how do I go about it? Please help.
