We just moved to the Great Lakes Region of PA and were thinking of buying snow tires for both of our cars. Do we really need to buy 4 tires for both cars or just the 2 front? We both drive FWD cars. Mine is a manual and my husband's is automatic. Would AWT be just as good?

My fiance and I want to buy a home in NC where we currently live but I have a home in FL that has been on the market for just under 2 years and will not sell. My mortgage company refuses to let me do a short sale/deed in lieu of foreclosure because I am not in default.

My question is this. If WE buy a home in NC and I foreclose on MY home in FL after we have purchased the home in NC, can the mortgage company that holds the deed to the home in FL put a lien on the new house in NC? I know that SC law allows that. I own the home in FL by myself and we would buy the home in NC together.

Please, only Real Estate professionals, lawyers, etc. No guessing by random people.

My son is 12 yo and takes 40 mg of Adderall XR daily for his ADHD. He has developed a nervous tick of pulling out his hair. I noticed today that he is missing chunks for his eyelashes where he has picked. He doesn't even realize that he is doing this.

Is there another med. that will work and doesn't have the same side effects? I hesitate to take him off of his meds b/c every time we do, his grades drop into the toilet. We need to solve this problem prior to school starting end of AUgust. Please do not lecture me about medicating children who are ADHD. That isn't the question. Nor do I want a lecture about the benefits of herbal, holistic, chiropractic, accupuncture, etc. We have tried everything prior to putting him on meds to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars. I'm looking for a viable, valid solution that includes medications for ADHD.

I have a 5 year old ball python who refuses to eat. I've offered him a large rat, a small rat and he still won't eat. I'm scared to leave the rat in there for longer than about an hour. Its been almost 5 weeks since he ate and he still won't. I really don't want to have him force fed. Why would he do this? He did do this once before, years ago, but I can't imagine why after all this time of good feeding, that he would do this again.

Any ideas???
