The last time I tried to charge it the red indicator light did not light up so it was not charging. I tried to connect it to my computer and it made my alienware keyboard shut down. I got a new charging cord from Dell and it started to charge & then stopped. Can my unit have a short or something? Can it be repaired?

I have it, and I bought a micro sd card for it. I put music, photos, and 2 movies on it. I can access the music and photos but how can I access the movies? It doesn't seem to know they are there.

I have the D40x and I have older Sigma lenses. I have the 70-300mm 1:-5.6 sigma lens and want to know if I can use it on my d40x. When I look at the mount of the lenses they do not look the same. I am not very experienced with slr cameras so any help would be appreciated!

the colors on my monitor sometimes get weird and I am wondering if my graphics card is dying. I replaced the monitor and the new one is having the same problem, so I am looking for other solutions. Can it be the graphics card? Is that easy to replace?

I am talking about the top makers. Like Sony, Nikon Casio...etc. My very first Olympus with 3.2 mp took better photos than these new cameras! 7.2 mp? Big deal! I am getting so tired of the poor picture quality! Maybe its because I want a small camera and they can't get a good enough lens on them! With all the cool technology you would think someone could make a high quality ultra compact with good zoom & picture quality! They say more mps the larger you can print, hah! I doubt that! At least not on an ultra compact!
