And by free, I mean, 100% subsidized by taxes and/or advertisement revenue.

Some friends of mine think their job is going to be moved out of state. They really, really don't want to relocate.

So I'm curious, if your company relocates your position, but you choose to stay put, and lose your job because of your decision, do you qualify for unemployment? (they live in U.S.)

I saw a commercial on TV that had a clip of a car driving down the road (at night), and the doors (not the door handles, but the entire doors) appeared to be made of a plasma tv, or some such thing, and had streams of light different colors moving from one part of the car door down to the back.

So my question is, what car is this, who made it, and what tech did they use? Can you give me a link to a picture or article about it?

My girlfriend can create about 20GB worth of content in *just one weekend* with her iPhone.

Obviously, her phone gets full, then her laptop gets full, then our external hard drive gets full...and the whole process is a pain.

Do you know of a solution for us that offers TBs of cloud storage on the cheap, preferably w a mobile app?

Dropbox, Skydrive, and the rest just don't cut it for the kind of storage needs we have.

Hi, I'll be Europe for around a month and would like to have a phone where I could fire up Google Maps and Google Translate and have it just work, even and especially if there's no wifi available. Do you know of any high-production value video games that have a round world - like earth? Where a player could theoretically travel around the globe and get back to their starting point without changing direction...most video games these days exist on a flat plane.

Also, not talking about video games that are just simulations written by some physics grad student, or where the entire world can be traversed in about 5 minutes and isn't content-rich... but are commercially developed games available for purchase

I've tried used book stores, local libraries, and various places on the net. No one wants them. Some are old travel books (Europe 2002) and some are old tech books (pass the MCAD 2001). I have maybe 30-40 such books I no longer want.

I really don't want to just throw them away. How else can I get rid of them?

I'm looking for a new or like-new convertible with the following features:

-it seats 4 and doesn't leave the folks in the back with little to no leg room.

-its not too girly (see the vw beetle w its built in flower-holder)

-its not too much of a man's midlife crisis car (see corvette convertible)

-it primarily says classy, sleek, and fun in the looks department

-it has a trunk you can put luggage in

-it gets tolerable gas mileage

-it's priced for the middle class
