I have decided on the name Panzer, due to her lineage and my love military history.

I have also decided on the Surname Grimm, because I love the brothers Grimm!

Which is better suited (as I am not a native speaker and Google isn't necessarily helping.)

I have a project due very soon. I made the mistake of asking a friend (in the field) to help. I recently started dating my boyfriend and this friend seems hurt or really mad. I have tried three times to ask him if he had the papers. I need to pass this class to go on to my internship, I don't know what to do, I don't know anyone here (moved to a new city) and professors are off limits. You have NO idea how much I would appreciate someone helping me, as this will go in my portfolio.

My daily caloric intake to maintain my weight is *1851.72.*

I am cutting down to 1200 Calories a day.....

Today so far (It's 3PM) I have eaten:

9AM Protein Shake (290 Calories):

Protein 120 Calories

Skim milk 45 Calories

Blackberries 100 Calories

Unsweetened Coca 25 Calories

12PM Peach: 100 Calories-ish

1PM Can of tuna and touch of Miracle Whip: 100 Calories at most.....

NOW: Protein Shake:

Protein Shake (290 Calories):

Protein 120 Calories

Skim milk 45 Calories

Strawberries 100 Calories

Unsweetened Coca 25 Calories

Later I will probably have some grilled chicken and greenbeans..... Maybe a bedtime shake made with water not milk......

Will I lose on a diet like this?

Is this enough?

How long and at what tempature. I have 4 chicken breasts and zucchini and squash I will slice up..... What do I put on it.

I am eating really healthy going in to the army and working out..... No brown sugar..... heavy sauces etc.....

I suck at cooking THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Will eating noting but salad tonight for dinner help me "flush out" what I ate yesterday.

I am the BIGGEST klutz on the face of the planet but, it's snowing in buffalo so I am working out on a treadmill at the gym..... I am a beginner and am carrying 25 pounds I have never carried before after I had my son. It is causing stress and sciatica in my hips..... before I was pregnant I never had any issues.....

Is this a good routine that i can use to shed a few pounds until I can physically run?

Get to gym, hop on exercise bike for 15 minutes to warm up my muscles

Do 30 jumping jacks to get my heart rate up

Walk a mile going between 3.5 and 4.0, on and off again.

Go and do some medicine ball crunches and arm weights in the locker room.

2 more miles at 3.5 to 4.0 and go home.....

That was just last night because i got to the gym late I am gonna take a fit camp class tonight at 5pm :)

I have been on a low carb diet without any mishaps for a week. I finally got some ketone sticks. This morning I tested negative..... but now i just tested myself , as i am leaving for the gym and had to pee.....

He watches porn when I am just in the next room..... A serious porn addiction lead to the demise of my parents relationship and I told him it ******* hurts me when he constantly talks about his ex's and shows me pictures and crap.....

I feel what happens when he starts chilling with friends and stuff..... I get to be alone..... This is not fair to me he doesn't understand, I'm not doing the mattresss mambo with these guys they are my friends.....

I left this checklist for them..... the girl put 4 rolls of paint up my wall it looks like CRAP. She has half of the kitchen dishes in her room..... The guy eats everyones food without asking and sheds worse than my dog..... They both think 300 EVERYTHING included is a rip off so i told them find a nev place BYE LOL they both said they'd be out by the first but left my apt. trashed knowing I have to show it.....

Since you are not paying rent for the month of December the Apartment must be vacant by 3PM on December 1, 2009.

She will shortly outgrow her harness..... I do not know how much she weighs yet but she is a big girl for 6 months.....
