  • Should I buy a house?

    I'm in the United States Military and will soon be returning from overseas. I am married with two children and we are considering buying a house at our next duty station. We would probably only be at that location for 3-5 years at which point we would have to get a property manager and rent the house. Is is worth the initial investment? Is the market in a good position to buy?
