Just 2 days ago I went to a Megadeth concert. And of course I was headbanding and what not. So why am I so sick 2 days after. Today I had horrible migrains, been puking, sore body especially by back and neck. Could that be from the concert? But I would like to know why I was puking and coughing and sneezing?

Well I'm 15 and planned on losing a few lbs you know.

Breakfast- special K oats and honey

6 strawberries

Lunch- 28 almonds, large peach, serving of carrots

Snack- apple and natural peanut butter

Dinner- oatmeal, banana, and broccoli

What are some ways I can get my calories up cuz I know it ain't enough.

Well I have lost weight I was 109lbs but after to months of binging I I'm now 130lbs. I am also 5'4 and I feel fat. How can I lose weight and do you guys think I'm fat?

Well I have been anorexic for about like 5 months. Lost about 30 pounds or so. But during the last month of may I have binged eat everyday. How can I stop by myself because my mom doesn't care about my health right now. Also my hair has been failing out like crazy. How can I make that stop or slow it down. Someone help me!!

I don't eat that much during the day. But binge eat everything at night. But I used to have anoxeria but I never recovered but out of no where I started binging.
