Most teams have ups and downs through out the years like the Cowboys or the Steelers, but there are a few teams that just manage to suck every single year. I'm of course referring to the Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Bengals and the New Orleans Saints. Why is it that more often than not, they have losing seasons, fail to make the playoffs and never seem to have any big name players or coaches playing for them?

I hav this old bobm sheltr that my granpa built in teh cold war thats under the ground an has like strong armors arond it with sum food inside and water inside and i was wonderinging that if this lhc thing goes wrong that maybe if i went down theer i wold be safe? i dont think a blackhole would go undergrounds because there are rocks there would i be safe in the basement sheltre thing? like i said i have lots of food down theer and i cud bring some more crakcers and cerel if need be. would i need a gun u think? thx
