My mom only makes me and my little brother rice, vegetables, and beans every day. For every. single. meal. At dinner there is a small amount of meat, such as cheap chicken or pork.

I know she works hard and doesn't have much money to spend on food, but is this healthy?? I eat mostly rice and vegetables. Don't I need more meat to grow? Should I tell her about my concern?

Honestly, I'm sick of eating the same things every single day. And I'm worried that this may affect my health.
