Am I working out too much?
I do this routine everyday except Sunday
Walk for 15 minutes
Run for 90 minutes non stop
Walk for 15 minutes
Then at night I ride stationary bike for 15 minutes, lift weights for 45 minutes, and do 1,000 sit ups.
I keep well hydrated while working out, but I've heard that exercising too much can be harmful in the long run.
Should I cut back?

Well, I'm a pretty shy guy and I feel REALLY awkward asking this, but I can't get information anywhere else. Well, here it goes. My girlfriend told me that when we have sex it hurts her. I have a rather large anatomy (my penis is about 7 inches long when erect) and I'm "in" too deep. How can I not penetrate so deeply but still be on top? Is it even possible? My girlfriend and I are expecting our first child in September. I'm starting to worry about a lot of things like money, what kind of parents we will be, how will it affect our relationship/sex life, etc. I also worry about missing the birth.
