i broke my radius and ulna in half almost a week ago, they opened my arm twice, both with 16 staples each cut. the doctor us getting them out today, is it going to hurt alot? or how does it feels like? im just worried.

ok so 4 days ago i broke my radius and ulna in half when i was training MMA. After the surgery the doctor said that one of the broken bones hurt the nerve of my fingers. Now i can barely move my fingers, i cant strech them, i cant open them, and i cant move them fast. the only thing i can do is move them like if i was playing piano. the doctor said that if i keep moving my fingers, i will be able to move them again perfectly in a few weeks. is this true? or will my fingers will be slow and weak the rest of my life? what shouldi do?!

so my kd never goes up! i sometimes get 30-4 or even 40-5. so i always get more kills than deaths and im pretty good at search and destroy. my kd is .45 but sometimes when i get a lot of kills and few death it stays in .45 and maybe once a week it goes up just by 1. am i doing something wrong?! or do i have to do something that gets my kd higher faster?
