A Mac

After I had some problems with my itunes I took my macbook into the apple store and got them to restore everything for me. After everything was done, I ended up with some itunes stuff in my recycle bin. Are the files in the recycle bin the ones being used, or is itunes using other files from my computer? The reason I ask is because there's a bunch of other things in my recycle bin that I want to delete but I'm not sure if i'll lose all my music or not. Thank you!!

I'm writing a paper that is on the three most important changes in the United States from the creation of the nation through Reconstruction. I have two. The place of women in society and the shift from slavery to freedom for Africans. I can't think of another good one though. I'm having trouble brainstorming. Any ideas would be appreciated. When you go to a store and read the packages of well......anything, half is English and half is SPANISH!!! It really pisses me off how much America is conforming to the Spanish immigrants and their language. During the days of Ellis Island and the immigration boom, the immigrants were so greatful to come into the country that they would put an effort into learning English and not expect the Americans to start speaking their language. I've noticed this in other languages but if I'm just walking, or going by a construction site or anything and hear people just talking Mexican or whatever to each other or read all the Spanish words on AMERICAN products it just makes me mad. I've even seen some Spanish commercials on American TV. Im not saying that immigrants should totally drop their languge, but they should at least learn how to read English so American things cannot be polluted with sometimes over half Spanish words. Sorry, I'm just kinda venting my frustration any input would be great!

Why is gas so freakin expensive?!?! Why can't we just drill in Alaska and solve all our problems. If we're getting gas from all of the countries that hate us, then why don't we just drill in our own country and solve our problems? And one more, what about Canada, do they drill for oil, if so do we import from them? Sorry for all the questions, its just frustrating.

Why is Krispy Kreme called Krispy Kreme? There's nothing Krispy about it. The donuts aren't krisp - you know what I'm saying?

Like where does the page im looking at come from and where are all the bazillions of websites on the internet stored? Also, how does google work, how can it find the exact keyword of exactly what your looking for?

For example, can you only use creatine for a few months then take a break and use it again. Or can you use it for as long as you want. I've heard that it messes with some of your organs if you use it for an extended period of time. Also I'm using Whey protein, any other suggestions to build mass and strength, not steroids.
