Hi, I recently became a vegetarian and I was worrying about highschool, because I didn't really know what to eat. Can anyone give me some ideas for yummy vegetarian lunches that are pretty easy/fast to prepare before school and that are healthy? Thanks in advance-

Alright, Hi. I'm 14 and care deeply about animals and the environment and I'm thinking about becoming a Vegetarian. (there are so many other reasons why I want to) Well, I obviously live with my parents and my family doesn't really have any one else who doesn't eat meat so they cook it often at parties, dinners, gatherings, etc. I don't want to be a damper on my parents but I really want to become one. Should I wait until I move out or ask anyway? (you should also know my mother is a nurse and cares about my health) Please, help me out?
