I have tried growing roses on and off for many a year, and roses planted in the ground always get eaten up by japanese beatles.. so this year I bought a $10 rose plant from a local store and planted it in a rather large container with some potting soil that was mixed with compost. (came that way)

I put it in the window and it grew, and started to bloom. Unfortunately since the blooms (at least that I've noticed, it could have been earlier) the leaves all turned silvery.

The blossoms just opened (a nice beautiful yellow) but the plant does not look all that healthy.

Any recommendations for care??

Ok, I feel like an idiot :) I am selling my car, and I have been asked for a letter of intent to sell. I can't find a template anywhere.. can someone give me the basics of what to put in it? Thanks!
