I had this ubs stick that I had been using for a while and now it does not work anymore , still some stuff on it I would like to save .

I have a Lexar 8 GB ubs stick , mostly used for storing pictures on , I'm not sure if it stopped working today or yesterday as I had used it not that long ago . I've tried to plug it in on different areas of labtop but nothing , my other ubs sticks all work fine its just this one . I had already moved over some of the data on it a few months back but is some other stuff I wouldn't want to lose . I'm not sure what my options are and assume data is still on the stick I just can't access it

i opened my email to a shocker this morning i was being billed $50 dollars for 2 domain names i bought 2 years but have never used . i was under impression i had just bought them each for 2 years then they expired but they have billing me for another 2 without even asking me if i wanted them again , claiming its some sort of automatic renewal . is there any way to challenge this bill ?

so i like this girl but she has a boyfriend , last night we ran into each other downtown at a club , she was with friends and we talked at some point she introuduced me to her sister . it all seemed a bit odd and like she was inviting me to get to know her better but her sister is older than her . i wonder if it was just some bizare test or if she was actually cool with it

i had an odd encounter with this girl i've known for a few years at a bar , we've never dated but been friends and partied together . she came up to me at bar and we talked , we haven't talked much lately and it later became obvivous she had a ring on her finger . she also introuduced me to all her gf's and sister it was very odd . but do you think maybe she wanted me to know about the other guy ? was that why she suddenly appeared

stumbled onto this facebook account which was supposedly belonging to a attractive blonde girl but something about it wasn;t right even though it showed her having a bf and friends in pictures . anyways its fake and the pictures actually belong to a girl from the other side of canada , account is out west but girl from out east , i managed to track her down as photographer name used in one of pictures which gave it all away . should i say anything to her or just let it be , would she be greatful or creeped out i was looking at sexy pictures of her

what would you do if you weren't having much luck at home , would you try elsewhere or keep trying the same

i just recently ended a job then i got a weird email from former boss saying i could use him as a reference , i don't see why as he won't even tell me why the job ended in the first place , it all ended very suddenly and under mysterious circumstances . and he hasn't been making any sense since or on day it happened . i don't understand what his intentions are and think he might dislike me or something

i recently left a job i had held for 6 months very suddenly , it all happened so quick that i never really found out why the job ended . i technically quit but that was only after i got into an argument with boss . now he sends me an email saying i can use him as a reference and such but i'm not sure what his intentions are and i still don't even know why the job ended in the first place other then specualtion as to why . i don't know if i should contact him or just let it be , i really have no intention of using him as a reference after what happened when i quit . is it best just to move on or do i need closure first ?

i meet her a month or so ago but not heard from her since , i know where to find her on facebook but not sure there is any point in sending her a message , i still think about her and wonder what she is up to , i don't know maybe i just need to send the message to feel i at least tried

just recently had to leave a job i found 6 months ago , it ended as a bad experience when i was forced to quit as i couldn't work with boss and co-workers anymore . it all happened very suddenly and wasn't really planned . so now i'm about to start looking for a new job but still getting over the old one and not sure what to think about things

i'vebeen to some pretty good bars and parties in recent months , alot of girls at them , they enjoy partying with me but its not leading to any dates . leading me to feel really hopelessly single although not girless as i have no trouble finding girls on a saturday night .

as there somewhere i went wrong or do i need to make it known to these girls i was actually available at the moment not just out at the bar

we travel around to different retail stores so were on the road alot and have to spend alot of time together but when far away we get seperate hotel rooms .

anyways we hired a new employee who i was under the impression was ready and willing to travel and be a good fit according to what i had heard about her . now a couple weeks after she started i've been having some doubts and not sure where things are headed . boss who hired her on other hand thinks she is wonderful .

my concerns are she said she was willing to travel but once we hired her she changed her story and suddenly she had a boyfriend that she needed to be home to see one weekend and she tends to get worked up each week as weekend approaches , it also came out he didn;t really want her to take the job in the first place and he won't even drive to visit her when were out of town . he doesn't seem supportive of the whole thing and likely be a negative infulence on her .

she also smokes and we don't smoke so i don't really like that . and see that as being something that makes us less compatable . she also has no transportation or drivers licence so we have to pick her up and drive her around , as part of getting hired she agreed to eventually get her licence but how long is that going to take ?

i'm not sure how to handle the situation , she's a nice girls who does work hard but i really don't see her being a long term fit for our crew but boss see's things differently . i tried to talk to him about the bf story and how i was really annoyed that she changed her story but he didn't seem that annoyed

when were traveling , which is often we sometimes go out for dinner with a couple other employees . the last 2 times i haven't had a very good time and find our conversation really annoying and leave dinner overtired and not left feeling i had a good time .

usually just eat by myself when on the road and would prefer to just do that then go thru dinners i don't at all enjoy . whats a polite way to go this route

if you were forced to choose between one or the other ? like say your job wouldn't allow you to see him much cause you had no free time ? but without the job you'd be in bad finances and near broke

say the job involved being in different cities for a week or so and not being able to go home until the week of work was over . would you be able to do this if you were in a relationship or would it be too much to be away from home . or would you simply not be able to do the job anyways if you were away for that long

we work for a major dollarstore chain and travel around doing jobs , my boss was looking to hired someone who didn;t have alot of commitments at home and wouldn't have any issue being on the road for a couple weeks at a time . so we hired this girl who worked at one of our dollar stores and he explained the job to her and was under impression at time she was single and she said she didn't have much to do there so she wouldn't mind going on the road.

now 2 weeks into the job and suddenly there is a boyfriend and she needs to be home for the weekend . so i don't know did she lie about him just to get the job ? or start dating him afterwords ? is it all possibly going to work out . i just can't see a girl with a bf travelling around with us and her being able to be away from him for long . we had one like that before and she quit after a month cause she missed him . never understood why she agreed to go on road to begin with
