  • Intel i5-3470 or Amd Fx-8230 for gaming?

Probably not the best place to ask this question but....What are your opinions?

  • Is this a good PC build?

If you look at my answers (The more recent ones that don't embarrass myself after looking back on them, at least) Most of them are answers about pc hardware.... I do know quite a bit about desktops, but as the time is coming, I'm still really scared about my PERSONAL decision.

I'm a console gamer, and when I heard the next gen consoles were coming out, like most console gamers, I just assumed I'd buy a ps4. But, then my brother came in and basically said, "You're going to build a computer rather than buy one of those things" So I spent a few months researching stuff, and am currently planning on building a desktop for christmas.

    The specs are

    CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5Ghz 6 core processor

    MB: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 Micro ATX

    HDD: WD Blue 1TB 7200rpm 64MB cache

PSU: Corsair 80 PLUS 500W CX series

    RAM: I'm going cheap, don't judge me. 4GB G.Skill ripjaws series DDR3 1333Mhz

    OS:Windows 7 Home Premium

    Case: NZXT guardian 910

    DVDBurner: irrelevant really

And GPU: Sapphire HD 7870 GHZ edition 2GB 256 -bit GDDR5

So, my main concern is the MOBO. Is it able to cope with the rest of the components? And should I spend like 40 dollars more to get the 8 core FX 8320 processor instead? I'm confident that this build will be fine, but I'm still just really nervous I'm missing SOMETHING.

  • Guild wars 2 levelling?

So....finally got back into Guild Wars 2 after a few computer issues lasting for a few months.

I started with a new character, finding no reason to continue with a character that I had no remembrance of even having

In about a week and a half I already got to level 32 via bossing (Zerg I guess the in game term is) So what's the fastest way to level 80 WITHOUT CRAFTING?
