So I am under eating by a massive amount of calories and I am very aware of it. I am actually seriously worried that if I don't fix it soon my eating behaviors, habits and attidue towards food may develop into something serious. I show warning signs of an eating disorder but I still have control of the situation. My worry is that if I increase my calorie intake then I will also gain weight and this is something I really don't want to happen. I have worked very hard to get out of the overweight range and into the normal category. Right now I have a bmi around 21. My basal metabolic rate it 1300 and I am eating anywhere from 400-800 calories a day. but I like to stick around 500. I also burn 500 working out. This means that I never reach my basal and I am actually in the negatives for calories each day. I know this is a problem and want to increase how much I eat to a healthy amount but I really don't want to gain weight and negate all the effort I have put in.

So I am going to try and give as much information as I can because I really need help. It is extremely frustrating that I can't lose the last 6lbs because I am so close to my goal weight.
I currently weigh 119lbs and I am 5'2" I wear a size 0 pants and in shirts and dresses I am an xs to a s. I understand fully that my bmi is in the healthy range and that I am by no means overweight, I really would just like to be a little smaller.
I exercise every night, which consists of 35 min of cardio and afterward I lift weights for and hour. The cardio I do is a good intensity ( I am not overdoing it but I am definitely working hard).
I was originally on weight watchers and I lost 20lbs but wasn't losing anymore. In the past 2-3 weeks I started a keto diet and lost 3lbs but gained 2 back after the first week. My goal was to shock my metabolism but It hasn't worked out the way I thought it would.
I drink plenty of water I don't have sugar and I don't have "junk" or processed foods. The carbs that I do have comes from vegetables and nuts (I don't have any fruit other than a couple of strawberries).
My overall goal is to be 113lbs by mid June (which 6lbs in two and a half moths doesn't seem unreasonable to me). If you have any advice of how to get rid of this last excess weight that would be awesome. Thank you :)
p.s my waist is 25-25.5in, hips are 31in, chest is 29-30in, thighs are 20in, biceps are 10in, neck is 12.5in
