  • Is liquid concealer like a highliter for some areas on your face?

    Hi!!

    Well im 13 and want to get liquid concealer for special occasions... Is it like a liquid to highlite my skin? I know older people use it to hide and fade other parts on skin,but can i use it like a highliter?? Thanks!!
