Someone today commented on my youtube video of me singing and said that I was tone deaf. Sigh*** Am I tone deaf? Is so, is there any way to fix being tone deaf?

I recently signed a disciplinary form at job agreeing to be on a 30 day probation after working for 7 months there. The disciplinary form I signed is me agreeing that I have not been performing well on the job and I need to step it up. I was wondering if I am terminated have I signed something to cause me to not receive unemployment .

I work 30 to 32hrs a week, ALWAYS! But My job calls me part time. I work in a corporate office so I make over minimum wage. Is my job using the title "part-time" without true meaning (for I have no benefits just salaried people do). I hear they refer some people who work 35-40hrs a week part-time workers. Should I just ignore it? If I am laid off or fired will I get my unemployment benefits?
