For the graph of y = n ( 16−x2 )
1. First find an integral expression for the area. Your integral should be in terms of x and should also depend on n.
2. If the shaded area is equal to 76, find the value of n.
2 AnswersMathematics8 years agofind the area enclosed by the functions f(x) = −8 x−6 and g(x) = −4 x^2+12 x−22?
1. First find an integral expression for the area.
Note. The area can be represented as the sum or difference of two integrals, but since those two integrals will have the same upper and lower limits, it may be be expressed as a single integral. What is wanted here is a representation as a single integral.
2. Now give the value of the area.
