Can the 'cylinder' in one eye be positive, and negative in the other eye/'cylinder'?
My right eye (OD) cylinder is positive zero point fifty (0.50); my left eye (OS) is negative zero point fifty (-0.50). I've triple check with my optometrist's office, yet I can't order my glasses on line with importing the prescription, or manually typing it in. I've called the customer service and they have guaranteed me that both left and right (OD and OS) must be positive or negative, not one of each.
