1988 S-10 4.3 4X4 Have spent countless hours and plenty of cash trying to fix this ghost in my system. The truck stutters and bogs down on take off and only gets 10 miles to the gallon. I am a mechanic by trade, so this is a pretty frustrating situation. I have changed and or repaired every single part, vacuum line, censor, electronic etc. etc. that I could relate this problem too. Now I am completely stumped, because I just cannot think of any other system that could cause a problem like this.

I want to know what the law in South Dakota says about using lethal force to defend ones self. The more detailed the better please. Only serious answers for this one.

My wife is a Type 1 Diabetic, the worst kind. We have no insurance, and do not make enough money to get any. As any diabetic knows, supplies are big $$$. Is there any government programs, or any programs for that matter that can help us get more supplies. We can't afford them, and I have had no luck finding help of any kind. My wife is having insulin reactions sometimes four times a week. We don't have any way of testing her blood sugar. Please someone out there help my wife, I am so afraid that I will come home from work one day and find her dead, or in a coma which is just as bad. I don't know what to do, I love my wife dearly, more than anything else in the world, I would die for her without a second thought. Someone please help
