My little brother has a record- marijuana charges distribution and DWI. However he has changed his life around and started going to school full time. I couldn t drive him everyday nor my family. He cant get a decent job easily because of these charges. He cant have a car unless he pays for a breathalyzer because of that DWI for having marijuana in his car when he was arrested. While I dont condone what he did I gave him my yearly bus pass so he can make it to school without having to get a new car and pay the fee to have a breathalyzer. Some cops followed him on the bus and charged him for theft for having a bus pass in my name. They didnt arrest him but he has court for his previous charges before the date on the ticket for theft. I dont want them to arrest him for theft because it looks as if he messed up again. Can I show up to his court and let them know or his he screwed? Or are they just going to charge him for theft when it was my pass?

I just got married and we have one 5month old. I have no idea what to claim on my w4. My husband works in the military National Guard and has only been working weekends and just barely got an ADOS job and probably will make around 40000/yr or less. I make about 30/yr and I pay child care. We also dont own a house or anything. I dont know what to claim. I did the IRS calculator and it said to claim 3, but I feel like that s too high? My husband has always claimed 0, and I know if I claim 0 I won t be able to pay the bills. Please help lol. I would like to break even or not owe at all. Will claiming 3 get me there? Thanks!

I've been dating an alcoholic for 2 years and living with him. when we first met he had no job and got one two weeks after I said it wouldn't work out because I didn't like paying for a grown man to live. Once he got a job he moved in with me and helped with rent and groceries. It was pretty much great financially except he started to get physcially abusive and I'm not one to just get hit and let someone get away with it so I'd hit him right back to find that would fuel his fire and he would get worse and I could no longer defend myself. Well as of today he hasn't been physically abusive with me for months, but I haven't forgot. I haven't forgot comming home to my clothes being cut up or burned and him saying he doesn't remeber what I did for him to do that. I'm done living in fear and embarrassment. He has called my work to get me fired when I've tried to leave but today I decided I was done. My sister moved closer to my work and offered me to live there. I got a protective order online I need to turn in but the office is only open to turn the papers in when I have work (during business hours). I also don't know how I'm gonna move my things out, without him getting physical or ruining my things. No peace officer is available unless it were to get physical once I start moving. I need a plan and I'm at a loss on what to do without the protective order being completed or a peace officer.

So I had braces put on about 2yrs and 9 months. I was quoted a 3500 for the cost of my braces and after paying 3000 in payments over the amount of time I had them, some medical issues and other bills came up and I couldnt afford them. I received a letter saying the 500 I owe is going into collections. I called and the lady said they will remove my braces and the account wasn't put into collections because the services have been rendered? I am confused. Anywho they scheduled me for an appointment to get them removed and told me to bring $200-400 depending on what retainer I want. I FEEL LIKE I AM MISSING something. I don't understand what she meant do I still owe them or am I clear, besides the retainer of course.

I live in Weber County, UT. I am trying to purchase a vehicle and need a co-signor. I have one, but he doesn't have a drivers license. I do. He also has a job and incredible credit history. I also have a job, and poor credit which is why I need a co-signor.

So I had my eyes checked two weeks ago. They had sent my prescription to their optical store. I picked out a frame in the men's section because their glasses seem more simple and less girly, which I wanted. The optician sales lady kept pressing me to get jewels and pointy cat eye glasses and kept coming to me with glasses SHE thought I looked good in. I tried them on for her amusement and ultimately chose the men's black rayban wayfair style. I got my glasses the next week and its not the same as the ones I tried on. It's like the frame is smaller and doesn't cover my hole eye socket like the ones I tried on and they are turtle colored? I rememer the ones I tried on having larder frames and being black. I think this lady just ordered a pair SHE thought I looked good in she seemed upset I didn't get a girly pair. Anywho what can I do??? I already called and I'm waiting for them to call back...

I had my wisdom teeth removed 5 days ago. I have had no pain, haven t had to take pain pills or anything. It went completely smooth. However last night I got this weird headache in my temples, my jaw started to wobble and when I mean wobble my whole jaw started to spasm all over the place for a good hour then my whole body and my jaw started to spasm/tremor. I couldn t even talk. My temples were also spasming I noticed once I regulated my breathing the spasms stopped, then I could fill my leg muscles spasm, but not as bad. Whatever happened to me was scary because I couldn t control my body whatsoever and I m afraid it could happen while I am at work. Any help or similarities? I just find it coincidental this happend a few days after wisdom teeth removal and that the spasms started in my mouth.

I live here, so I'm curious.

I have been wanting them forever so I don't need any negative opinions about me getting them. I won't even look at your comments. I just need to know what I should expect afterwards? Like what things will help with the healing, and pain. It's rapid recovery so I'll be back to work the following week. I work at a ol folks home so I'll be wearing scarves ha. My husband was against it at first and now he is down for it. I just want to know if there are any creams, pills to take to help with recovery, or any other things you believe may help. Best answer gets ten points :)

I am African-American, ThaI, and Caucasian. I HATE when people start speaking Spanish to me, in fact I get insulted. I know I'm tan, but that doesn't mean I'm Spanish. I'm not Spanish at all. It pisses me off. It's usually a white person that looks like they want to show off their Spanish, sometimes it's even Mexican people that tell me no you're not black, why you lying? It's getting to the point where I just want to start speaking like a white or Hispanic girl next time, or something to piss them off too.

I don't know if he is married or not, shame on me for that if he is, but ..... Wow. Everything he is saying during his campaign draws me in. I want and need him. The things he says, the enlightenment, and intelligence, and empathy. Oh my goodness. I need his blessed soul in my life. The more I see what he has to say, the more drawn in I am. How come farmers are being pushed off their land now? Why is Monsanto trying to have control over what we eat, and what are they putting in our food? Why are we no longer hunting for our own meals and eating processed foods and obesity is on the rise? Why do they alter things like corn into sugars and corn syrup our bodies can't digest? Why do we drink cows milk that is for cows babies and breast feeding from our own species is shamed upon, yet it is healthier than cows milk for infants? How come it costs money in the US but other countries cab mange free healthcare? How come marijuana is illegalized if it is proven to cure cancer? What is going on!?!
