  • Help with polaroids urgently.?

    Suppose you arrange several polaroids each with its axis making an angle of 20 degrees with the axis of the previous polaroid, so that the emerging light has an intensity reduction of 14.4%. Assuming that the incident light is plane polarised, and that the first polaroid is inclined at 20 degrees in respect to the incident light, calculate the number of polaroids used.
