[John 14:6] Being Christian means being born again of the spirit (John 3:3-7). The ONLY way to have one's name written in the Book of Life and be assured an eternal place in heaven is to acknowledge and accept the following: 1.) Sincerely realize that we are ALL born with a sinful nature and that our sins stand like a prison door between us and God. (John 8:7, Rom 3:10) 2.) Humble ourselves before God to ask forgiveness for our sins and accept that Jesus Christ was crucified to pay the final price (death) for our sins.(John 3:16) 3.) Accept the Holy Spirit into our hearts to guide us when tempted and comfort us needed. (John 14:16 and John 14:26) 4.) Repent from our sins through the Holy Ghost. (John 5:14, John 8:11, John 17:11 and 21)
