I need to write an essay to the following prompt:

What is the most important political issue raised in the essay? How do justice and morality intersect in Douglass's story of his life as a slave? How aware does he seem to have been that he was being dealt with in an unethical fashion?

I have a thesis for the argumentative essay I'm suppose to write using this prompt, but I'm not sure if it really addresses the prompt right.

My thesis is: Frederick Douglass’s narrative questions the “ethical” view on slavery by explaining how the effects of it affected not only the slaves, but the slaveholders in ways that are not deemed moral.

I personally don't think this addresses the political issue so I'm looking for any feedback that you could provide.

I've been searching all over the web for universities in Peru where the classes are taught in English but I'm having a hard time finding any. Any information of a university in Peru where everything is taught in English would be really helpful.
