I sleep at 12pm and wake up at 6am.In class, during lecture i feel like i am being hypnotised.my eyes gets difficult to open.i hardly attended few class without sleeping.even during strict lecturer, i sleep. I have tried pinching,long breathing, slapping, but no use-how to control it? What is this? Help me.
