I took a file out of my email and started working on it. I saved it with CRTL + S (I was an idiot and didn't save to a specific location) and then restarted my computer. I opened word again and clicked on the file, but it said the file is lost. I have checked my temporary internet files, the default folders and I've done a full search on the computer. Nothing. Is there any hope of getting my files back? Thanks!

I've worked with my family's compact digital camera for a few months now and I finally want to make the move to a proper DSLR. Someone recommended the Canon XS or the Nikon D60. I want something that will let me experiement, but isn't too expensive. Cost really is a big factor, as I'm buying this one myself. Thanks!

I have a Sony Cyber-shot. In my last few pictures I've noticed some dust-like spots. I've tried just cleaning it with a cloth, but that doesn't seem to be doing it, only making it worse. How can I clean it with stuff around the house?

It charges and everything, but all of my songs are gone and it won't show up on ITunes so I can't sync it.

I was backing up my computer to send it in for repairs. I copied my iTunes library to a disk from its location in the Music folder. Later, I opened my iTunes and found it was empty. I transferred the purchases from my iPod, but since not all of my music is purchased, all of my other music as well as podcasts and videos are now gone. I then tried importing the iTunes music file, which didn't work. Can anybody help me fix my iTunes?

I'm a beginner photographer and I'm looking to invest in my first good quality camera. I have a price range of $100-$1000. I want something that will really let me experiment, but will also be relatively simple to use. Until now I've only used crappy digital cameras. Can anybody help me? Thank you in advance!

I got those earphones that go inside your ear, the ones with the foam things on the ends that you can remove. Well, being in my ear, naturally they get dirty with earwax. I keep my ears very clean but they still manage to get dirty. Is there any way I should keep them clean, or is soap and warm water enough?

When I yawn and stretch in the morning, I get very dizzy and everything goes black and I think I'm going to pass out, but it goes away after a minute or two. It usually happens in the morning, but almost never right after I wake up (mostly 1 hour or so). Once or twice it just came on without me yawning or anything. I've started to question it a little, but I've had this as long as I can remember. Just want to know if this is normal and/or if anyone else experiences this.

It's my friend's birthday tomorrow and she wants me to come over at 4 today so we can celebrate, but I have no idea what to get her! I even asked her and she said she didn't know. She's turning 13 but she's very mature for her age and I want to get her something really special. Any ideas?

I'm trying to design my own website. I've been playing around with the code on my blog (which is Tumblr and has a downloaded theme) and feel pretty comfortable with it. I know a few basic things and I'm definitely still learning, but there's one thing I don't understand. How do you actually put up graphics on websites? All I've done so far is put more things in and add and erase sidebars and the like, though only by copying and pasting. This will be a Tumblr theme but I'll move out from there later. Like, if I wanted to put up my own header, how would I do that? Is there something I have to put in the code? Thanks for your help.

It's supposed to be a big honor, but I think it's just ridiculous. I mean you have this beautiful, 200 year old tree and cut it down just so you could put lights on it? Universal is supposed to be going green, yet they still cut down one of nature's most extraordinary feats every year so their corporation can have 'Christmas spirit'. I personally think it's disgusting. Does anyone else have a problem with it, and does anyone know who I should email to complain about this?
