I am green card holder. Which is better, get married in our native country, or bring my fiancee as a visitor and then get married in the USA? What do you think is better for our future? What would you do?

Me and my bandmate are just trying to make a demo for ourselves for now. We play death metal, I am the drummer and he's guitarist(plays through Ibanez tbx150r combo which has built in distortion). We are on the budget and cannot afford anything extra to buy right now.

I do know that they know everything but I am interested what system does immigration use to control when the person leaves the USA.

The reason I'm asking is when you enter the USA they always scan the passport or green card etc...but when you leave the country they never scan anything. So how exactly does immigration control that?

I am the USA permanent resident. I've been living in the USA for 3 years, and I have to travel back to my native country very often to spend time with my fiancee. I'm tired of traveling so much and now I'm looking to bring my fiance to the USA.

Shortly, I am in my native country right now, and I want to go back to the USA with my fiance. And I only have green card. Please advise me the best resolution for my situation.

I've been researching a lot online, and the resolutions I've found would take a years to approve her to visit me. For now, the one and only idea I have is she should apply for a simple visitor visa and enter the USA legally, after that we can extend the visa in the USA, and she'll be able to get another visa like student or work visa while in the usa.

I placed the order on their website in April, they shipped the order only in the beginning of May. They were out of stock of 1 item, I asked them for the refund of $30, and they told ok. I have never received the refund or any answer after that. They never answer phones either.

Opened BBB complain....the company didn't respond to bbb either. "Your complaint was closed out as unanswered, and it will be reflected on the company's reliability report." So this is it. What should I do now? Is it wotrh to find the lawyer for my case?
