I just purposely sprayed body mist in my mouth... And yes I know it's dangerous but I just wanna now that I swallowed it what are the potential side affects? I only did one spray and licked the top of the bottle.

My mum has recently been complaining about her belly button being Itchy, red and smelly. I looked up the symptoms on the internet but I can't seem to find anything. She hasn't been getting any discharge from it, It isn't spotty and it isn't causing her any pain.

P.s. She is a hygienic person as well.

My brother is 15, I'm 13. He treats me like he's my dad and it really gets me down. I didn't answer his facetime because i didn't have my phone with me, when he saw me about 5 minutes later he got extremely angry and begun to get really aggressive towards me and said that I was "lucky." There has been other instances where I've done "something wrong" and he'll shout at me and be a genuine ****! It's gotten so bad that I felt suicidal over it and sit in my dark room crying for hours, what do I do? If my mum sees this happening she will stop him, I don't want to know what will happen to me if she's not around and he gets angry. He also curses at me and I have attempted suicide because of him. PLEASE HELP ME! :(

A few months ago now I went to the doctors with headaches, fatigue but mainly hair loss. I then had a blood test which showed low iron levels. I was given a course of iron supplements for two months, which I finished about two months ago. I now am extremely tired and am not sure why. Could it be low iron? I haven't had any headaches or hair loss, I'm just always tired.

I'm giving up chocolate for a whole month, as of tomorrow. I was trying to think of a healthy/tasty alternative. Any suggestions would be highly appretiated!

My nan has been on the hunt for an android tablet. She previously owned a Lenovo A6700-f, which she really liked but unfortunately it had broke. She would like new tablet but only has a budget of £90-110. She'd like a 10" if possible. If you know any in-expensive tablets, it would be really helpful if you could suggest it below...

I've been using "lacura" face scrub for a while now to try and lose some of the spots on my face however it doesn't seem to do the trick. I would really appreciate it if you could recommend an inexpensive face scrub available in the U.K. 👍🏻
