I called expedia and booked a flight for newark, ny to make sure I got the right times and place. So I get home a few weeks later and check my emails for my itinerary.... and I see the lady booked me a flight to newark, nj. 5 hours away... Idiots. So I called.. now they are saying I have to pay a fee and rebook a new airline that will cost me over 600.00 on top of the 1167.80 I already spent.

Anyone else every have this problem? What should I do to resolve? I've spoke to managers and home office... to no avail.

A company that I hold a contract through is offering me a 3% matching IRA. Is it better in the long run for me in invest in an a tax free Roth or is 3% match good enough. Im thinking it would be better to do 3% I dont know if its better on taxes.

I had my tires replaced on my truck and the man forgot to torque the lugs down on the left rear tire. While driving home the wheel came off went under my truck and damaged both the left and right side of my truck.

I took the truck to a body shop and had the tire companies insurance company come look at the damage. I was quoted $3,400 by the body shop. The insurance company wrote me a check for $2,100.

I had the body shop replace and paint the left bedside of the truck and to replace the seal bearing in the axle. I gave him $1,500 to complete that part of the job and told him I would come back to complete the rest of the job after I had filed the lawsuit and was paid to complete the rest of the truck.My account was paid in full for current work that was done. I would pay for the rest of the damage when the job was completed. I never signed a contract or anything.

I never took my truck back to have the rest of the damaged fixed. Today (4 months later) I get a collection letter from a collection agency saying that I owe them $1,300 from the body shop account for work that was never started much less completed.

Once I had told the collection agency the story and told them I did not owe the money they said they would call me back. They talked to the body shop which told them that me and him were old friends (I had never met him before) and the reason he didn't have my vehicle is because he let me go because I said I would pay him later. He also told them that when I bought the truck the damage was already on the right side and that I filed a fraudulent claim with the insurance company. Which is also not true.

My question is can the company legitimately collect on this claim that is purely fictional. What is their obligation to me. Can they file a false claim on my credit report? What should I do? When I asked could they show me a signed agreement they said all they had was a bill from the body shop.

I have a 50hp Evinrude on a pontoon boat. We were out on the river today running perfect. When I went to stop the boat I almost couldnt get it out of forward. I had to use a lot of pressure to move the shifter back into neutral. In fact I broke the shift trying to move it into reverse. Once I got it out of gear and into neutral I shut the motor off. Now it will crank but wont go into forward or reverse.

I have checked the shift cable and it is working correctly. When I manual shift the drive and spin the propellor clockwise it spins freely. When I spin it clockwise is wont spin. This is same for forward and reverse. It is not reversed. It spins the same both ways. The lower unit was just recently worked on.

I also noticed a little oil from that gas mixture was dripping from the back of the propellar side of the motor. It was coming from right above the water hole. I guess that is the exhaust? It wasnt enough oil to really be freaked out over I dont guess.

Any help would be appreciated.

Does anyone know of a way to get around a boot password for a Dimension E520. The password is not on the hd. You turn on the system and before booting it wants a password. No other methods have worked. Pulled the jumper. Pulled the battery. Not able to boot any device. Does the Dimension E520 have an eeproms chip? I cant seem to locate it or any advice via online.

Any advice will be much appreciated.
