12 AnswersRap and Hip-Hop1 decade agothe escalation of taxation on cigarettes?
why do cigg. smokers have to subsidize everything in america? every time ya turn around, they add a tax. its not fair.
i know if i start a fire and repeatedly inhale the smoke, eventually ill get sick n die.- im ok with that.- i guess some morons got big settlements and now er'one thinks its ok to tax, tax, tax
if u or a loved one got a big settlement cuz ya smoked for years and got sick, GROW UP AND ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY.
ppl dont die from 2nd hand smoke, so throw that b.s. away
if ya dont like the smell, DONT ALLOW IT IN UR HOME/CAR ETC ETC.
its bad enough we cant go to restaurants or bars anymore
while i dont like that, ill go along with it willfully
but for godssakes, quit taxing us to death

19 AnswersFootball (American)1 decade agolas vegas....sin city......??
its called sin city, but really all ya can do is gamble and drink. prostitution's illegal there, drugs are illegal there, etc etc...
why cant america have a place like amsterdam, with weed shops and whorehouses and gambling and whatever. this is supposed to be the land of the free, yet ppl are incarcerated for everything. we need a "zone" where adults can really be adults. {{minors = no admittance}}....if ya wanna buy a blunt or even an 8ball and spend ur money on a broad, why cant america have such a place? theres a time and place for everything right?

13 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agocolt brennan for heisman??????

he smacks of andre ware and david klingler.
who cares about his stats, they mean nothing.... his team wont compete for any championship, hes a system QB...and ware and klingler both had better arms.
5 AnswersFootball (American)1 decade agoboo hoo poor tiki.......?
well i asked how everyone felt about tiki barber a month ago..i criticized his quitting the game early and i questioned his heart as an athlete. i mentioned his feud with Michael Irvin, and loudly proclaimed that Mike Irvin had more heart in his lil toe than tiki barber had in all his body. .... giants fans, ya slammed me and tried to make excuses for tiki..
his new book makes it clear, he quit because of Coughlin {{ the very coach who took him from a run of the mill RB to a pro bowl RB }}....he whines that Coughlin made football "not fun", he claims Coughlin stole his love of the game.... tiki left ur team high n dry. he didnt care about his teammates or the organization that made him who he is.
anyone still wanna stick up for this media hound?
6 AnswersFootball (American)1 decade agowhy do women.....?
women always say they want a cute {{ or hott }} man to be with. then when that hott guy cheats on them, they say ALL men are dogs. yall blame men for bein perverts, but ya wont go out with a guy unless hes hott.
why cant women admit theyre just like men? you want a hott guy.
and thats why yalls past is filled with "losers ya accidentally got messed up with"...if youd gone for the goodhearted man that has a heart of gold instead of the hott badboy, youd have a real relationship. instead ya shun the men that would make you a princess, and are left whinin that all the good men are gay or married, lol

20 AnswersFootball (American)1 decade agoarrested!!!?
once i got arrested for traffic tickets that i hadnt paid on time. prior to being handcuffed, i was searched and asked if i had any contraband on me. i refused to answer. when we arrived at the jail, they found weed in my sock. instead of giving me a simple possession charge, it was enhanced to a felony for "carrying narcotics into a correctional facility"....this scene plays out 100 times everyday in america....this is a violation of my 5th amendment right, not to incriminate myself. police know this, yet they still play this game. i bear NO legal burden to snitch on myself. .... {{maybe not ALL police do this, but i believe the vast majority do}}
in my case, it only cost me more $. what happens to the poor, indigent ppl that cant afford decent legal representation? theyre given very lengthy jail or probation or jail sentences.
and then yall have the nerve to say "im one of the good guys"
16 AnswersLaw Enforcement & Police1 decade agowhy does everyone think police need a warrant to search ur car?
i see all these questions on here and these answerers say they need a warrant to search a vehicle. thats b.s. .... here in texas they only need "reasonable suspicion" that a crime is occuring {{ for example, they "smell" weed... theyll ask for ur consent to search, but ur answer means nothing, theyll search anyways}} to search ur vehicle. i have marijuana arrests in my past, when i get pulled over and they run my license im always asked for consent to search. i reply "no you may not search" and they go right ahead and search.......
I dont have any cases pending.... my question is more of a response to all the dummies that say "the cops need a warrant to search your car"...
if ur white and pulled over in the 'hood, youre gettin searched. if ur white ridin with blacks, ur gettin searched. thats profiling and its illegal BUT ITS COMMON PLACE
ive never been caught by a search of my car. i have been caught with weed when arrested, and searched at the jail... the trick they do then is enhance the charge to a felony for "carrying into a correctional facility", thus violating my right not to incriminate myself. if you ask me if i have weed on my person and i refuse to answer, its ur job to find it. i bear no legal burden to snitch on myself. {{{it turns out, i was stupid for hiding my bud in my sock and getting caught with it at the jail.}} misdemeanor yes, felony no

weed's big business.....we wouldnt need half the prisons, prison guards or even street cops if it were legal....IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH AMERICAS SAFETY, HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH THE LAW ENFORCEMENT COMMUNITY'S FUNDING.....you can buy stock in CCA and other "privatized correctional corporations". these stocks only gain value when cells are full and more prisons are needed. lots of these stock holders are judges and prosecutors, sounds like a conflict of interest to me.......in my opinion, these stockholders are vito corleone with a huge army of street patrolling luca brazzi's.....the majority of americans have been lied to about the dangers of marijuana, believing the propaganda of H. Anslinger.... marijuana is far safer than alcohol yet weed will never be legalized because law enforcement as a profession NEEDS it to be illegal
