Whether it's legal or not, I would like to know if it's *possible* to manipulate content on the discs of video games ported to consoles. Basically here is what I want to do: I want to play Fallout New Vegas on the Xbox 360, but I despise the fact that you only get one perk every two levels. I want to install the Perk Every Level mod onto the disc, so I can have that on the Xbox 360. Don't ask me why I don't just play the PC version, as I have my reasons. I would just like to know, even if it costs money or it's illegal, if it is possible to do this.

Okay, I am a Hardcore Gamer, and I own a very High-End PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. In short, I was wondering if there were ANY Console games out there, that anybody knows of, that have Graphical Options that I haven't seen before. I know for a fact, that there is at least one game out there that gives you the option to Turn on/off Anti-Aliasing, but for the life of me, I cannot remember what it was. Does anybody know of any other Console Ports that give Graphical Options like this?

I'm writing a little something that I want to pitch to Ubisoft. It's an Original Story, that could possibly tie-in to the Main Story of the Franchise, but I can't think of names for ANY of the Main Characters. I'm very bad at picking names. I really need names for 4 Characters. I will give short descriptions for each Character so it helps.

Note: Please don't get the wrong Idea. 3 of these Characters start out as Teenagers, but the whole series spans their whole lives. Please don't get the wrong idea by their Ages in the Descriptions that Follow. Also, I want the names to be Modern. I don't necessarily want them to be Unique names, but I want Good sounding Uncommon ones that are used today, Such as "Desmond Miles". "Desmond Miles" is a really good name, in my opinion for the Character, and it is a real name, that is used today.

First, The Main Character:

At the start of the series, he is 14 Years old, a Freshman in High School. He is living a semi-normal life in the Modern Day. His Parents were killed by Templars right in Front of his eyes when he was around 4-6. He Remembers this event Vividly, and has scarred him emotionally. He lives with his "Uncle", Who was really his Father and Mother's Partner when they were Assassin's. He is very Anti-Social, and is only Himself around his "Uncle" and his Best Friend. Though he is Anti-Social, he has very good Social and Speaking Skills. He can be very Persuasive. He always knows what to say, at the right time. He can be Funny, and is Very Intelligent. Think of him as a Mixture of All the Main Assassin's to date, including Edward. His Appearance, I have not decided on yet, but I can modify it to whatever name I find best. His voice is very similar to Connor's, because I think his Voice was AMAZING.

Second, The Best Friend:

As Mentioned Above, he is the Best Friend to The Main Character, and Joins him when he becomes an Assassin. They have been together since meeting in Elementary School, shortly after The Main Character's Parents were killed. Seeing the Main Character sad and alone in the Corner of the Classroom, he walks over and tries to be his Friend. His Personality and Characteristics are similar to that of The Main Character's, but more... "Stubborn". He is more patient and cautious than The Main Character. His Appearance I have not decided on, nor his voice. I suppose I will just go from Whatever name I find best.

Thirdly, The Main Villian:

The Main Templar Enemy of the Series, though I am not entirely sure what "Position" he is within the Order. He is a very important member, but I don't think he will be the "Leader". I haven't really thought about a Backstory for him, but they way He Acts and Talks is like a mix between The Illusive Man, Vidic and Dr. Strange (Batman). He has White Hair, wears a Suit, Manipulator, etc.

Finally, The Love-Interest:

She is probably my most Developed Character in my Head in this Series. She deoesn't come in until Later in the Series. Her Family was killed by Templars as well, but A lot more Recently. Around the Same time that The Main Character becomes "The Assassin". She is emotionally scarred by this event, far worse than The Main Character. She completely changes. She goes from a semi-normal girl (with no Assassin Heritage) to a Sad, Mad, Lonely girl out for Revenge. She becomes her own Vigilante Killer, with her only "Friend" She's ever really had (who I won't talk about). Eventually, Her and The Main Character Meet and she does become and Assassin Herself, becoming The Second-Best Assassin, and Second in Command, next to The Assassin Himself. Her Personality and Characteristics are very similar to The Main Character's, almost being a Female Version of him in the end. She has Light Blonde Hair, and a Slim but Fit Body Type, perfect for the Movements of an Assassin. ALSO, I would really like her name to Start with an "A", but I will consider all other names.

So, these are Characters I really need names for. I am hoping to contact Ubisoft with this Series when I get a ways into it, and maybe see it come to life with their help.

Okay, I am not in dire need of help. I would like advice on what to upgrade, for 2 situations. First situation: I can run 90% of all current-gen games at High settings with at least 60 FPS or more. I cannot play smoothly with everything on Ultra, though. For this example, I will use Crysis 2. Using DirectX11, Hi-Res Textures, 1920x1080 Resolution, and all settings on High, I get an average of 60 FPS while facing large, open areas. Using DirectX11, Hi-Res Textures, 1920x1080 Resolution and all settings on Ultra, I get an average of 30 FPS. View my system Specs below, and please advise me as to what I should upgrade to help me with this problem (Seeing as how I have the second-most recent Nvidia Graphics Card to date, I am not sure why this is).

Second situation: Open-World Games I have problems with. Just about every open world game I have on PC runs slow when in the open-world area. It isn't game-breaking. It runs at about the same speed a console would (Except console Frame-rates are constant for most games. On PC it is inconsistent). For this example, I will use Assassin's Creed: Revelations. Listing the display settings here, though, is irrelevant. At 1360x768 Resolution and all settings at the lowest possible, the frame-rate is about the same as with Max Resolution and settings. I think it might be the processor that needs upgrading, but I don't know. Please view my system specs and advise me. Seeing as how I am getting Assassin's Creed 3 on PC as well, I would really like to run it smoothly.

Please tell me what it is I need to upgrade to fix both of these problems. If you could, I would appreciate it if you gave me a specific product under that category, that would be best. I am fairly new to the insides of Desktop PCs, I would appreciate it if you gave me a specific name that would be best fit for buying (Don't worry about prices, just tell me what would be best).

I am a Multi-Platform Gamer (Xbox 360, PS3, PC, 3DS, Vita, etc) and I play just about every game that comes out. Every game that is in First Person (Besides Call of Duty), I buy on PC. Every 3rd Person game I buy on Consoles. But, Every Multi-Plat game that I get on consoles, I seem to get on Xbox 360, because they are ported a lot better to it. Almost always better Framerate, usually look better (Though PS3 ports usually have Higher Anti-Aliasing), etc. The only things for PS3 that I currently have on my shelf are Exclusives and HD Collections. I kind of feel bad for it. I was wondering if there are any games currently out that are actually ported to the PS3 better (or at least equal) to the 360. Does anybody know of any?

Even to this day, Japan has O mapped as "Select/Enter" and X as "Cancel". It makes a lot more sense, because Universally, O is Good and X is Bad (IE; Tic Tac Toe). I was wondering what the reason behind swapping them in other countries was.

I want to play the game so bad, because it seems like it will be the first good movie-tie-in since Spider-man 2, but I really don't want to spoil the movie, because I am really looking forward to it as well. I would like to know if it would be safe to play before seeing the movie, and if it will contain any spoilers. I noticed in a few trailers that The Lizard is in the game, that kind of scares me because obviously there sill be ties between the game and the movie in that regard. I would just appreciate it if someone could tell me if the game is safe to play or not.

I have a 1920x1080 Monitor. I have a Gaming PC, an Xbox 360 and a PS3. On my PC, there is no problems, and everything fits on screen normally, with nothing cut off the edges. No problems with the PS3, either. When I switch the input over to the Xbox 360, though, I get a few inches cut off, actually. I have tried messing with my Monitor's Settings, but there is nothing that I can do. I can't even change the aspect ratio. What do I do?

Okay, I have just installed Diablo 2 on my PC. When I started the Game, I had a Black Screen. The Black Screen lasted until the Opening Ended. Once the Main Menu appeared, I could see. I started a New Character and went into the Video Options Menu. Before I went into the Video Options Menu, I could see the game. When I was in the Video Options menu, I clicked on the "Resolution" Option. Once I clicked that, I got a Black Screen, and all that I could see on my Monitor was "Not Supported". Though, once I pressed the Windows Key on my Keyboard, it went back to the Desktop and everything was fine. I just Closed the Diablo 2 Application via Task Manager, and restarted the game. Just like before, "Not Supported" was all that was on my Monitor until the whole "Blizzard Entertainment" Logo ended and it went to the Main Menu. I could then see the Main Menu and everything. I deleted the Character I made, then created a New one. But now, once I pressed enter after entering the Character's Name, I get "Not Supported" Again. And I can't do anything. No matter what I click or press on the Keyboard, nothing happens in the game. I do have Audio all the time that it says "Not Supported" on my Monitor. Like I hear Warriv speak and I hear Rain falling and everything. How do I get to Seeing the game? Do I have to uninstall and Reinstall? I really don't want to do that. I am never going to mess with Diablo 2's Options again after this. I have a 1920x1080 Monitor, By the way. And I would also like to know how I can be able to see the Cinematics and everything, because even when I could see in-game, I could not see the Cinematics.

I was wondering whether or not you are forced to go to High School, no matter what. I am a freshmen in high school, and I find all of this tedious. I do not NEED to go to High School, because what I am going to do when I am older, does not require a Diploma or anything. It doesn't even require Elementary School. Am I forced by law to go, though? Can I just drop out since I don't need to? And please don't say "There is no job that doesn't require a Diploma, so yes go". Please don't say that, because what I am going to do is not a normal "Job" and it does not exist yet, therefore it doesn't require anything.

Okay, first I have to throw out there that I am in High School, and I have 0 friends (Mainly because everybody at my school is a delinquent and I want no part of them). I have never had friends at any school I ever attended. Everyday I go to school, at lunch I go straight from my Classroom to the Office and sit on a chair in the corner. The receptionists are really my only friends. Now, There is a girl at my school who I am TRULY in love with. I don't mean kiddie love like what happens a lot at high schools, I am mean True love. The thing is though, is she does not even know I exist, and there is no way I am going up to her and talking to her. The feeling that I have is very strange. I can't stop thinking about her. I don't even feel like doing what I normally do everyday when I get home, because all I can do is think about her. I LITERALLY feel sick to my stomach too. It is a combination of the Nervous / Anxious feeling you get in your stomach and the Nausea feeling. I have NEVER felt this way before. I don't know if this is normal. I would like to know if there is a term for this feeling.

I want to have somebody make me a real working replica of the Assassin's Creed Hidden Blade with a working Hidden Gun attached to the Brace aswell, but I can't find anything online, and there is no way I can make something like that myself. Is there anybody that I can contact on the internet, and pay him to make this form scratch for me? I really want this, but I don't know who to cantact to make this for me. Does anubody know where I can find somebody?

Okay, I want to ask all gamers on Yahoo Answers a serious question (Gamers, because we usually can comprehend this type of matter). We have all heard of Assassin's Creed, right? The Assassin's stand up against and kill Templars, who are Evil, Tyranical people who want to take over the world and make it theirs, their way. The Assassin's try to rid Templars from the world, to make it a better place of Peace and Freedom. Anybody who lives in America, can say that the Government is basically the equivalent of the Templars. The illuminati want to turn the world into the "New World Order", which is almost exactly what the Templars want to do. Nobody seems to be doing anything about them, and it seems the president is even on their side. Half the people in this country don't even know what the Illuminati is, let alone how much of a danger they are. I believe that somebody should stand up against them, and rid them of the world, as the Assassin's do in Assassin's Creed. This may sound Ridiculous, but I want to start a "Creed", so to speak. I want to somehow find people who agree with me on this matter, and join up to try to eliminate the Iluminati and change the Government. The US Government is becoming Tyranical. None of them care what the People say, they only care about what they want, because they have all the power in the world.Who knows how it will escalate. 200 years ago, the government was first being fromed. They had a very good and pure idea of what the Government would be. The government would ensure Stability and Reliability to the people of the Country, and keep this the last free country on earth. That isn't what's happening. 200 years from now, how much worse will it be? Will the Government take over the world and keep everybody but them as slaves? Will they kill everybody off, but them? Will they start a war that results in a world similar to the Fallout? I want to start a group that intends to prevent this from happening. This may sound outlandish, ridiculous and childish idea, but THAT is the reason I believe this idea is good. Nobody else will do it. Nobody takes this matter seriously enough to stand up to them. If they are not effected, it is not their problem. That is the issue with Human Beings nowadays. There is no consideration for others, and nobody looks at things in all perspectives. I want to change that. I do not want to take over the Government and keep it as my own, I want to make it the way it was intended. Is it at all possible to contact the Devs and pay for a copy of (insert game name here) before release day? If you offer them 20,000 dollars, will they give you an advanced copy?

Okay, I REALLY need to get a new Graphics Card, but I am not sure whether to get an Nvidia Geforece GTX 590 or a 680. I currently have a GTX 460 SE and I hate it. I can't run anything an Ultra, and games like Assassin's Creed are not even playable because There is so much on the screen at once, that It can't take it on even the lowest settings possible. Basically, I just want something that can run any Current-Gen game on Ultra settings, with around a constant FPS of 60. I keep hearing the 680 is worse than the 590, but I don't know what to believe. CAn anybody help me out?

Okay, I have played Every AC Game (On the major consoles) countless times, but there is one thing that I don't understand; Does Desmond control Ezio while Desmond is in the Animus? Here is my Conflict: When Desmond is in the Animus, Rebecca, Lucy and Shaun all talk like he does have control, like "Head over here", or "Go back to there". Like in AC 2, there is a time in Venice when a "Side-Quest" pops up on the mini-map, which is a Templar Base I think, and Rebecca says something along the lines of "If you wanna grab some loot, head over to this templar base". Also, "If you wanna acheive 100% Synchronization with Ezio, you're gonna have to get that Armour".This is what confuses me, because it sounds as if Desmond is controlling Ezio, but how could this be if they are veiwing History? Can anybody just explain to me whether or not Desmond controls his Ancestors in the Animus? Thank you.

I started making Video Game playthroughs yesterday morning, and I have not gotten any views, other than by my friend and myself. I am by no means after fame or fortune or anything, but I don't want to make videos just for me and myself to watch them. I have only 2 videos up at the current moment, but maybe if I get some feedback I will continue. My username is Ratzmoonmopes. My first 2 videos are the first 2 parts of a Minecraft ALPHA VERSION 1.0.11 playthrough. I want to make playthroughs of all genres of all games on PC, but as I said. I might not go through with this if I don't get at least 1 follower.

I know Modern Warfare 3 came out like months ago, and Black Ops 2 is scheduled to be released in the 4th quarter of this year. But Black ops and Modern Warfare are both basically 2 different series' Right? So even when Black ops 2 comes out, they will still be making DLC for MW3? I am asking because I just bought COD Elite (YES I KNOW it is a waste of money, I just want to get free DLC sooner) and I really dont want to have bought it and find out that they are going to stop making DLC completely when Black ops 2 comes out.
