I put at 12 pound turkey in for about two hours @ 325 degrees.

I already took it out. If it is not done, how much longer should it put it for??

(long story short, I used a thermometer with the bony part instead of the breast part and it said 170 degrees. I realized my mistake a while after it was taken out >,<)

If my turkey is not done, how do I save it??

P.S we'll have to wait because we are already cooking another turkey in the oven.

Also, if we do have to put the turkey back, for how long do we cook it for? Thanks!!

I want to try out alton's recipe to brine a turkey, but it calls for brown sugar and cinnamon. I'm not really a fan of either and afraid it will make the turkey too sweet. Can I omit those two? Thanks!

I would like to ship some chocolate as a gift to a close friend who lives abroad. I will be using USPS. The only thing is it is very hot in her country and I'm afraid the chocolates might melt/get crushed in the process of shipping.

Any methods I can prevent this from happening? I have some bubble tape I can use from a previous package, but nothing else.
