Last June, I tore my bicep while lifting up a heavy object and everything healed fine as far as I can tell, but I recently noticed that my shoulder has been consistently hurting after doing any kind of moderate activity involving the same arm. The pain goes away about a week or so after taking it easy, but it has been returning for months in the same location (the front of my shoulder near the top). Could this be related to my original injury?

Hey guys, I could use some advice.

I am taking a Philosophy class at my university and the textbook that the teacher wrote himself has a bunch of racist content in it. How do I go about reporting this to the department, and could I potentially sue the school if they do not do anything about it?

I'm 19, and an old good friend from 6-8th grade recently added me on Facebook. We talked for a bit and it turned out that we have more in common now than we did 5-7 years ago, so I asked her out on a date for this Friday. Would it be too soon to give her a kiss at the end of the night? We have only talked for about a week, but we have known each-other for a pretty long time, so I don't know if it would be okay or not.

I have only had 1 previous girlfriend, so I'm still somewhat new to dating.

I am looking at buying a laptop from a well established electronics provider's website, and the price looks too good to be true for a new laptop. It is priced the same as refurbished laptops of the same specs, and I am concerned that it is going to be refurbished too when it gets to my house. If it is refurbished, would they be able to claim that it was just mislabeled on the website, or would I be able to return it for a brand new one as advertised?

They are not greater than every flagship device on the market, so why are they so much more expensive than its competitors?

I am leaning towards the HTC One, but I am not sure which is really the best choice.

So many people generalize people who have opposing views to their own, so I am curious to know if the generalizations are true.
