  • Which fruit best compliments your morning coffee?

    Obviously sweet things taste great first thing in the morning. Hence coffee and donuts. But I would like to be able to substitute donuts for a fruit.

    I thought that was a brilliant idea. If only I can find the right fruit!

  • Egg recipes!?

    A co-worker of mine has a ton of hens that are going crazy producing eggs right now. He can't give them away fast enough!

    So what I have is an unlimited supply of fresh, delicious eggs.

    What the heck do i do with them? I don't mind eating breakfast foods for dinner, but do dinner egg recipes exist?

    I've got fratata, quiche, then all the scrambled, fried, hard boiled, french toast etc.

    But i want something better. I want something incredible.

    The freshest eggs I'll ever get deserve a fresh recipe.

    Thank you sincerely for any answers. And I will post any results of what I make!
